Elizabeth L's Obituary
Elizabeth L. Beasley, 84, passed into the Lord’s arms Sunday, May 28, surrounded by her family and the loving hearts at River Ridge Assisted Living.
She is survived by her husband, Marvin S. Beasley of South Haven, Michigan. Her daughters, Stephanie Henrich of South Haven, Michigan and Shellie Brown of Palmer, Arkansas. Her son, Tom Beasley of Lakeside, California. Numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. Her son, Lawrence Beasley, passed through Heaven’s gates in 2003.
Elizabeth was born in Seattle, Washington. She and Marvin married on June 20, 1942. They traveled the world with kids in tow as a navy family, finally settling in San Diego where she was the bookkeeper for the Grossmont School District for 20 years. Elizabeth won the hearts of everyone fortunate enough to know her with her unconditional love, her tremendous humor, her incredible gourmet cooking, and her sparkling enthusiasm for life!
There will be a private celebration of Elizabeth’s life and her 64th wedding anniversary to Marvin for Family and friends when her precious ashes will again be part of the earth.
