Howard's Obituary

Howard Hubley, 71 of South Haven died on March 12 at home.  He was born on September 3, 1941 to Howard and Evelyn Hubley in Chicago, IL.  Howard worked for Everett Piano Company for 25 years until its closing in 1986. Howard served as chief union steward for United Furniture Workers Union Local #439.  Howard owned the Hubley Party Store and Gas Station in South Haven until 1984. He enjoyed playing pool and the keyboard. He was a NASCAR fan and his favorite driver was Jeff Gordon. He loved his dogs.

Howard is preceded in death by his parents, his brother – John Hubley and his infant daughter – Catherine Hubley

He is survived by his wife Nancy Hubley of South Haven, his daughters – Cyndi Taylor of Saugatuck, MI Tammy Forrest of South Haven, and Patty (Pat) Knapp of Pullman, MI. Grandchildren – Justen Wodarczyk, Cody Sedlak, Randee and Dalton Forrest. One sister – Barbara Bowman of Carthage, TN.
