George Arnold White

George Arnold White, 55 of Louisville, Texas died on March 22 after a long illness while with his family in Bangor, MI.  He was born on December 23, 1957 to Eldridge, Sr. and Annie White in South Haven, MI.  George attended Covert Public Schools. George served his country in the U.S. Army. George worked as the Transportation Manager for Town Air Freight in Dallas at the Fort Worth Airport in Texas. He loved to sing, listen to music, go trucking, and fishing. He relished his time spent on the ocean and with his family. He was a member of Emmanuel Community Church of South Haven. George accepted the Lord and his son Jesus Christ as his personal savior and relied on his spiritual belief to safeguard him throughout his life.

He is preceded in death by his mother – Annie White and brothers – Eldridge White, Jr. and Robert White

George is survived by his wife – Brenda Lupien-White; his children – Christopher (Marci) Allen of Chicago, Hillary (Jerry) Allen of South Haven, Ian Allen-White of Lansing, Corey Allen-White of South Haven, Alexis (William) Lupien-Edmonds of Fresno, California, and Giovanni White of Arlington, TX; father – Eldridge White Sr. of Hartford; siblings – Louise Johnston, Barbara Carey, Richard (Kathy) White, Timothy (Gloria) White, Marilyn White, Christopher (Betty) White, Sharene (Ernest) Veal, Michael (Gaby) White, Teaura White, Kevin (Angela) White, Stephen (Laura) White, Dawn White, Jason (Vernitria) White, Cynthia (Jose) Rivera, Jeremiah (Kylie) White, Daniel White, Gloria White and Cleola White. Ten grandchildren, sister-in-law – Paula White, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends also survive.

Wake will be on Thursday, March 28 from 11-12 pm at Emmanuel Community Church.  Funeral service will begin at 12 noon with Pastor Dureya Gibson officiating.
