Maggie's Obituary
Maggie Esther Armstrong, 73, of Covert, died Monday, April 15, 2013 at her home. She was born May 18, 1939 to Moses and Bettie (Robinson) Armstrong in Oakland, Mississippi.
She is preceded in death along with her parents by five brothers and one sister.
Maggie is survived by her four sisters – Pattie Newell of Covert, Stella Young of Grand Rapids, Irna Prince of flint, and Christine Holling of Warren, Michigan. A host of nieces and nephews also survive.
Wake will be from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM on Saturday, April 20, 2013 at the Filbrandt Family Funeral Home of South Haven. Funeral services will follow the wake at 2:00 PM at the funeral home with Rev. Charles Knox officiating. Maggie will be laid to rest at Covert Cemetery.
