Sally's Obituary
Sally L. Hart, 78, of South Haven passed away Friday, Sept. 20, 2013, at Country Side Nursing Home in South Haven. Sally was born Jan. 7, 1935 in Tampa, Fla. to Harry and Louise Lockwood. Sal is survived by her husband Dick of 56 years, sons Randy and Ken, five grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Sal graduated from South Haven High School in 1953 and received a teaching certificate from West Michigan College in 1956. Sal was a school teacher and then a dedicated wife, companion and confidant of her husband. Most of all she was a good friend to all who knew her. The visitation will be held on Wed. Sept. 25 from 5:00 to 7:00 PM. Funeral services will be held on Thurs. Sept. 26 at 11:00 AM with the Rev. Michael J. Ryan, Rector officiating. Both services will be held at the Episcopal Church of the Epiphany at 410 Erie Street, South Haven, Michigan.
Donations in her name may be given in lieu of flowers, to her favorite charity, Daughters of the American Revolution, PO Box 98286, Washington DC, 20090-8286.
