Kay's Obituary
Kay J. Van Wynen, 79 of South Haven, Michigan, died Friday, October 18, 2013 at her home in South Haven. She was born September 18, 1934 in South Haven to Dean and Luella (Struble) Haines. She married her husband, Robert Van Wynen on September 27, 1952. Kay worked at the South Haven Rubber Company for 25 years. Kay enjoyed sewing and quilting.
Kay is preceded in death by her parents and her husband, and her brother Duane Haines. She is survived by her children, Wendy (Douglas) Meyer, Robert (Wanda) Van Wynen Jr., and Randy (Nancy) Van Wynen. Siblings: June (Chuck) Satkey. Dean Haines. Also surviving are 9 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
A graveside service will take place at 11:00 A.M on Friday, October 25, 2013 with Pastor Tim McGee officiating at Lakeview Cemetery in South Haven. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the South Haven Hospice at Home or the American Legion Post 49 Veteran's Wall.
