Steven's Obituary
Steven A. Menear, 41, of Pullman, died Sunday, October 20, 2013 at the South Haven Nursing and Rehabilitation Community. He was born March 10, 1972 to Christopher and Brenda (Fitzgerald) Menear in Allegan. Steven graduated from Fennville High School in 1991. He married Jackie Maynard on September 27, 1991 at the M-140 North Church of God in Allegan, MI. Steven attended the Ray of Light Church of God in Pullman. He loved to fish and the martial arts.
Steven is survived by his wife, Jackie Menear. His parents, Chris and Brenda Menear of Fennville. Three brothers – Dennis (Felicia) Menear of Michigan City, Indiana, Shawn (Morgan) Menear and Michael Menear of Fennville. Two nieces, four nephews and twelve God children also survive.
Visitation will be Wednesday, October 23, from 6-8 PM at the Filbrandt Family Funeral Home in South Haven. Visitation will also be on Thursday, from 12 to 1:00 PM prior to the funeral services. Funeral services will begin at 1:00 PM at the funeral home with Pastors Mary and Charles Hoots officiating. Steven will be laid to rest at the Lee Twp. Cemetery.
