Mary Louise Victor

Mary Louise Victor, 83 of South Haven, Michigan, died in her home on Tuesday, February 25, 2014. She was born March 25, 1930 to Milton and Addie (Munger) Hill in South Haven, Michigan. Mary worked for Bohn Aluminum as a machine operator for over 30 years until she retired in 1989. She was a member of the Bethel Baptist Church and spent her remaining years, knitting and crocheting, reading many books and spending time with her family.

Mary is preceded in death by her parents, her husband of 58 years, Robert Victor Sr. and her siblings, John Hill, Marshall Hill, Robert Hill, Alice Klett, Dale Hill and Richard Hill. She is survived by her two children, Denise (Larry Deater) Tranker, and Robert (Brenda) Victor Jr., her grand children, Alan (Stephanie) Victor Sr., Vanessa (Gary) Consford, Olivia Victor, Tashia (Peter) Honcharenko and Toni (Jim) Pezzuto, her great grandchildren Alan Victor Jr., Conner Consford, Haley and Ellie Honcharenko and Christopher Pezzuto, and her siblings, Thompson Hill and Howard Hill.

Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28 from 11 am to 1 pm at the Filbrandt Family Funeral Home in South Haven. The funeral service will follow at 1:00 pm with Pastor Mark Congrove officiating and a luncheon to follow at Bethel Baptist Church. Mary will be laid to rest at the Lakeview Cemetery in South Haven. Memorial contributions may be made to South Haven's Hospice at Home, the Moose Scholarship Fund and to the Bethel Baptist Church.
