Carolyn's Obituary
Carolyn Lee Zmuda, 65, of South Haven, passed away on Sunday, July 14, 2014 at her home in Geneva Township. Carolyn was born February 11, 1948 to William Schewe and Beatrice (Krogel) in South Haven. Carolyn was a 1966 South Haven High School graduate. She worked for and retired from South Haven Public Schools in 2010 after 28 years in food service. Carolyn loved the outdoors and enjoyed hiking, bird watching, and fishing. She also enjoyed crafting through knitting and crocheting. Above all, Carolyn enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death along with her parents by her son – Raymond Scott Gullion who passed in 1986.
Carolyn is survived by her children – Shannon Gullion of South Haven and Richard (Jennifer) Zmuda of South Haven, brothers – William “Rick” (Alta) Schewe of Lacota , Rich Zmuda, and Steven (Carol) Schewe of Pullman, four grandchildren – Shana Gullion, Ryan Lloyd, Dylan and Colin Zmuda, and two great grandchildren – Remy Jackson and Rhinna Walker.
Memorial services will be held at a later date.
