William's Obituary
William Cecil West, Jr., 59, of Covert, passed away Thursday, July 31, 2014 at his home under Hospice care. He was born March 22, 1955 to William and JoAnn (Ropy) West in St. Joseph, Michigan. William married Janice Dyer on September 13, 1997.
William is preceded in death along with his parents by his step father Ed Pine and brother John.
William is survived by his wife of 17 years – Janice of Covert; two sons – William C. West III of South Haven and Timothy Young of Three Oaks; two daughters – Jennie Dyer of South Haven and Ann Austin of South Haven; three brothers –Walt (Jan) West of Findley, OH, Keith (Marlene) West of Baroda, MI, and James D. Pruitt of Jackson; one sister – Debra (Steve) Treat of Kokoma, IN. 9 grandchildren and one great granddaughter – Sophia Phillips also survive.
Visitation will be held from 4:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. on Tuesday August 5, 2014 at the Filbrandt Family Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held 7:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
