Robert Lloyd Butler

Robert “Bob” Lloyd Butler, 51, a lifelong resident of South Haven, passed away on Wednesday, December 17, 2014 at the South Haven Health System. Robert, the son of Norman and Margaret (Davis) Rector and Robert Butler, was born October 13, 1963. He proudly served his country in the United States Army after finishing South Haven High School in 1982. He was the proud owner/operator of South Haven Computers for 16 years serving his community through his stores’ motto – “Through this door walks the finest people on earth – our customers.” Bob impacted all those around him through his loving spirit and his strong faith in Jesus Christ.

Robert is preceded in death by his parents and brother, Larry. He is survived by his children – Brock, Aubree, Julia, Tristan, and Elainah Butler all of South Haven, MI; siblings – Cliff (Rita) Butler of South Haven, MI, Sharon (James) Cross of Indianapolis, IN, Donna (Tom) Powers of South Haven, MI, and John (Gale) Rector of Holland, MI; two grandchildren – Jaden Zambrano and Starlin Trafton; and best friend Jennifer Getman of South Haven, MI.

Visitation will be held from 2:00 – 4:00 PM on Sunday, December 21, 2014 at the Filbrandt Family Funeral Home of South Haven. Funeral services will follow visitation at 4:00 PM at the funeral home.
