Michael's Obituary
Michael Patrick Comiskey, 33, of Lansing, Michigan, passed away on Monday, August 17, 2015. He was born August 8, 1982 to Stuart and Ruthann (Witte) Comiskey in Kalamazoo, Michigan. Michael graduated from South Haven High School and from Central Michigan University. He worked at Cottage Inn Pizza and was the supervisor for the business in the Lansing area. Michael was an avid golfer, a loving and caring father and a best friend to many.
Michael is preceded in death by his mother, Ruthann who passed in 1997.
He is survived by his daughter - Alexis Mae Comiskey, father - Stuart Comiskey of South Haven, MI, and siblings - Richard (Linda) Comiskey of Grand Rapids, MI, James (Gina) Comiskey of Pinckney, MI, and Elizabeth (Andy Thompson) Comiskey of Seoul, South Korea. He also is survived by nephew – Samuel and niece – Hannah Comiskey.
A visitation will take place on Sunday, August 23, 2015 from 3:00 P.M. - 7:00 P.M. at the Filbrandt Family Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Monday, August 24, 2015 at the First Congregational Church with Rev. Jeffery S. Dick officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Alexis Comiskey's College Fund in Michael’s memory.
