James's Obituary
James Windell Hanners, 71, of Hartford, passed away Wednesday, August 26, 2015 at the South Haven Nursing and Rehabilitation Community. He was born June 22, 1944 to Andrew and Josie (Sorrels) Hanners in Manilla, Arkansas.
He is preceded in death along with his parents by his brothers Earnest Dale Hanners, Edward Hanners, and sister Mary Kathryn Edwards.
James is survived by his son – James (Tiffany) Hanners of Hartford; brothers – Kenneth (Carol) Hanners of Eau Claire and Marvin (Mildred) Hanners of St. Joseph; and three grandchildren – Tristan, Thayne, and Kaia Hanners.
Visitation will be held from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Monday, August 31, 2015 at the Filbrandt Family Funeral Home in South Haven. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, September 1, 2015 at the funeral home. James will be laid to rest at North Shore Memory Gardens in Hagar Shores.
