Lloyd's Obituary
Lloyd Lake Black, Jr., 57, of South Haven, passed away Thursday, October 15, 2015 at his home under Hospice care. He was born December 3, 1957 to Lloyd and Edith (Schwenk) Black in Glen Ridge, New Jersey. Lloyd worked in the transportation industry as a truck driver. Later in life he was co-owner of the Bumble Bee Cab Company. Lloyd was a motorcycle enthusiast and loved his bikes. He also enjoyed gardening. Lloyd live his life to the fullest.
He is preceded in death by his parents.
Lloyd is survived by his best friend and love of his life for thirty years – Sandy Black; children- Michael Black and Jerimie (Brandy) Kark of New Smyrna Beach, Florida; grandchildren – Jessie and Joshua Wiggins; sisters – Edith (Bud) Elliot and Martha Ackerman.
Visitation will be held from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM Tuesday, October 20, 2015 at the Filbrandt Family Funeral Home of South Haven. Funeral services will follow visitation at 6:00 PM at the funeral home with Mr. Larry Brink officiating.
