Irma's Obituary
Irma Jean Overhiser passed away Thursday, November 19 at American House of Holland, MI. She was born September 17, 1925 in South Haven Michigan and preceded in death by her parents Albert and Emma (Wank) Warskow: brother Louis and Eleanor Warskow, sister Caroline and Oscar Patzer and her husband Gerald M. Overhiser. Irma is survived by her son Thomas A. and Carol (Poulton) Overhiser and daughter Sue and Richard Frye both of Hamilton, MI. five grand children Ann (Dave) Bender, Sandy Milks, Gerry (Justin) Overhiser, William Frye, Jody Frye and five great grandchildren; Josephine, Seth, Nathan, Lillian and Alexandria and many nieces and nephews.
Irma graduated from South Haven High School in 1942 and married Gerald on June 3, 1945 at St. Paul Lutheran.
Visitation will be held from 6:00PM to 8:00PM on Monday, November 23, 2015 at the Filbrandt Family Funeral Home of South Haven. Memorial service will be held at 11:00AM on Tuesday, November 24, 2015 at St. Paul Lutheran Church with Pastor Stephen Daley officiating. Contributions may be made to St. Paul Evangelical Lutheran Church of South Haven or Hospice of Holland.
