Iesha Latrice Mitchell

Iesha Mitchell was granted her angel wings on February 06, 2016. Her final hours were spent surrounded by family and friends that Iesha had touched in some small way throughout her short, yet very memorable life.
      
 Iesha Latrice Mitchell was born on July 18, 1981 in South Haven, MI. She was the daughter of George Hasan, Blanche Mitchell, and Stepmother Hope Moragne-Hasan.  She was preceded in death by her great-grandmother Corrine Trotter, grandfather Jimmy Harrell, grandmother Bessie Mae Mitchell, and brother Tarren Lavelle Mitchell.

Iesha confessed to Christ at an early age and attended New Hope Missionary Baptist Church where she really appreciated the service.  As a student of the Van Buren ISD Learning Center, she graduated in June 2007.

Iesha Mitchell was a happy and jovial person who loved music, dancing, blowing bubbles, and to compliment and say good things about everyone she saw. All her family members and friends loved to be around her because she was always good company. She loved plaid clothing and her favorite color was purple.

      
Iesha’s life would seem too short to many, but those who were touched by her understood that the quality of existence far exceeds the quantity of time in which one lives. Her gentle smile, and expressions of love brought joy to her family and all that met her.

Iesha will be cherished by her parents, siblings: sisters; Lateefah Moragne, Tawanna (Lyle) Gladney, Resheeda Mitchell, Yowanna Fair, Chaquara Moragne, brothers: Timothy Harrell, Mansour Harrell, and Poncho Moragne,  grandparents: Lillian Calhoun, Rose Harrell, Darlene Moragne,  aunts and uncles, nieces and nephews.
