Diana's Obituary
Diana Marie Pietrzykowski, 73, of South Haven, passed away Monday, February 15, 2016 at the Bronson Methodist Hospital. She was born August 21, 1942 to Harold and Dorothy Kuhn and was adopted and raised by Robert and Donna (Weaver) Kuhn in South Haven. Diana graduated from South Haven High School. She married Marcel Pietrzykowski on July 10, 1971. Diana was a self-taught nutritionist. Due to her many allergies, Diana had a passion for nutrition and always longed to be a dietician. Diana collected costume jewelry, purses, beanie babies and butterfly magnets. At one time, Diana also enjoyed crocheting.
She is preceded in death along with her parents by her husband – Marcel Pietrzykowski and brother – Larry Kuhn.
Diana is survived by her most precious dog Buddie, her children – Anthony Pietrzykowski of Grand Junction, Susan (Kyle) Novotny, Rick (Judy) Weaver both of South Haven, and Robert (Pam) Weaver of English, Indiana. Ten grandchildren and eight great grandchildren also survive.
Visitation will be held from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Wednesday, February 17, 2016 at the Filbrandt Family Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Thursday, February 18, 2016 with Pastor Virginia Heller officiating at the funeral home
