Eva Krzemen

Eva Krzemen, 84, of Lacota, passed away Monday, March 14, 2016 at the Holland Community Hospital. She was born November 22, 1931 to Frank and Katherine (Wilhelm) Kuhn in Grant, Wisconsin. Eva Married Casimir Krzemen on October 20, 1951 at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Bangor. Eva worked for the Hamlin Overtone Frame Company and the Everett Piano Company before retiring in 1985. Eva loved to garden and appreciated a well-groomed lawn. Her pride and joy was her yard and home.

She is preceded in death along with her parents by her husband – Casimir Krzemen who passed in 1995 and siblings – Elizabeth Schlipp and John Kuhn.

Eva is survived by her children – Sandra Leeser of Hattiesburg, Mississippi, Susan (George) Paulose of Federal Way, Washington, Cindy (Pat) Hartmann of Lacota and Ronald (Linda) Krzemen of South Haven, and sister – Ann Peterson of Three Rivers. Ten grandchildren, fourteen great grandchildren, and many great great grandchildren also survive.

Visitation will be held from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM on Friday, March 18, 2016 at the First Congregational Church UCC in South Haven. Funeral Mass will follow visitation at 11:00 AM at the church with Rev. Father Robert Flickinger officiating. Contributions may be made in Eva’s memory to your choice of foundations. Eva will be laid to rest in Chambers Cemetery next to her beloved Casimir.
