Elwood's Obituary
Elwood Leroy Stainbrook, 76, of South Haven passed away Friday, April 1, 2016 at the South Haven Health Systems. He was born May 6, 1939 to Robert and Iva (Olcutt) Stainbrook in Breedsville. Elwood was a laborer and worked at Everett Piano Company and Pullman Industries. He enjoyed playing BINGO at the American Legion and Moose Family Center and loved to drive around seeing the sights. He enjoyed camping and also spending time at the casinos.
He is preceded in death by many brothers and sisters.
Elwood is survived by his companion of 47 years – Pat Mashburn of South Haven, children – Janet Stainbrook, Elwood Jr., and Anthony Stainbrook all of East Jordan, Michigan, Billy, Joseph, and Loretta Mashburn and Vikki Valind all of South Haven, and brother – Raymond (Mary) Stainbrook of South Haven.
Private family services were held.
