Darlene's Obituary
Darlene Marie Thompson, 59, of Sister Lakes, Michigan, passed away Saturday, May 7, 2016. She was born May 24, 1956 to Kenneth and Betty Lou (Hall) Thompson in Valparaiso, Indiana. She enjoyed making crafts and spending time with her grandchildren.
She is preceded in death along with her parents by her brother – Kevin Thompson who passed in 2014.
Darlene is survived by her children – Tonya (Jan) Hintze of Zeeland, Brandy (Heather) Thompson of Lexington, Kentucky, and Heather (James) Shearer of Holland, three grandchildren – Shai’lynn Singh, Ethan and Brycen Shearer. Several sisters also survive.
Visitation will be held from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM on Thursday, May 12, 2016 at the Filbrandt Family Funeral Home in South Haven. Funeral services will follow visitation at 1:30 PM at the funeral home. Darlene will be laid to rest at Lakeview Cemetery in South Haven.
