Tamara's Obituary
Tamara Jo Davis, 56, of Kalamazoo, formerly of Covert, passed away Thursday, May 12, 2016 at the Borgess Medical Center in Kalamazoo. She was born November 17, 1959 to Bill Commins and Carol (Dexter) Rowlee in Owosso, Michigan. Tamara enjoyed reading, crocheting, and scrolling Facebook. She cherished her time taking care of her grandchildren.
She is preceded in death along with her parents by a son – Jeremy Rowlee.
Tamara is survived by her children – Tracy Mullins, Michael, and Josh Rowlee all of Kalamazoo, and siblings – Brandy (Ed) Dailey of Covert and Doug (Theresa) Elston of Bay City, Michigan. Fourteen grandchildren also survive.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM on Tuesday, May 17, 2016 at the Filbrandt Family Funeral Home in South Haven. Funeral services will follow visitation at 7:00 PM at the funeral home with Pastor Tony Kuenzli officiating. Tamara will be laid to rest at Covert Cemetery next to her son Jeremy.
