Barbara's Obituary
Barbara Ann Danczyk, 80, of South Haven, passed away Thursday, August 4, 2016 at her home under Hospice care. She was born September 6, 1935 to Anzo and Bessie (Rupert) Rutledge in Lima, Ohio. She married Theodore Danczyk on January 26, 1951 in South Haven. Barbara worked in housekeeping for 20 years at the South Haven Community Hospital. She also worked at as a crossing guard for South Haven Public Schools. Barbara enjoyed feeding and watching the birds and trying her luck at the casino.
She is preceded in death by her parents, son – Michael Danczyk, and siblings – Luella, Bob, and Anzo Rutledge, Jr.
Barbara is survived by her husband – Ted Danczyk. Children – Karen (Dave) Leffel, Ron (Jan) Danczyk, and Joanne Danczyk all of South Haven and Jean Danczyk of Bangor. Thirteen grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren also survive.
Graveside services will be held Tuesday, August 9, at 10:30 AM at Stephenson Cemetery in Casco Township with Pastor Eric Jarvis officiating.
