Mae's Obituary
Mae Dean (Rhudy) Coppock, 74, of South Haven, passed away Saturday, August 27, 2016 at her home in South Haven. She was born November 13, 1941 to Elgie and Nellie (Tayler) Rhudy in Winfield, Alabama. Mae worked at South Haven Coil and the Countryside Nursing Home. She was a member of the American Legion and Loyal Order of the Moose in South Haven.
She is preceded in death along with her parents by one brother, three sisters, and one grandson – Corey Crawford.
Mae is survived by her daughter – Nellie and Tim (Higgins) Crawforrd of South Havne, five grandchildren – Tara Monter of Pennsylvania, Nicole and Philip Quandt of South Haven, Derrick and Ashley Crawford of South Haven, Melissa and Albert Gaines of South haven, and Desiree Crawford of Troy, Alabama. Nine great grandchildren. Two brothers – Roy and Coy Rhudy of Andalusia, Alabama, two sisters – Elsie (Larry) Romine of Lake Placid, Florida and Gerline Melvin of Pensacola, Florida.
Graveside services will be held at 1:00 PM on Thursday, September 1, 2016 at the Lakeview Cemetery in South Haven with Chaplain Lori Timmer officiating.
