Sharon's Obituary
Sharon Kay Baker Butenuth, 79, of Watervliet, passed away Saturday, August 27, 2016 at the Forrest Beach Adult Foster Care in Watervliet. She was born February 15, 1937 to Max and Faye Edwards in South Haven. Sharon enjoyed bird watching and writing. She also enjoyed shopping and her clothes. At one time, Sharon had aspirations of becoming a model. Sharon had many friends who were like family at the Forrest Beach Adult Foster Care where she had resided for 23 years.
She was preceded in death by two husbands – Leroy Baker and Enos Butenuth.
Sharon is survived by her daughter – Sandra (Robert) Malek of South Haven, and granddaughter – Suzanne Malek, brother – Rodger Edwards of South Haven, two great grandsons, niece – Karin (Tim) Woodall and nephew – Jeffery Edwards.
Visitation will be held from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM on Wednesday, August 31, 2016 at the Filbrandt Family Funeral Home in South Haven. Funeral services will follow visitation at 11:30 AM at the funeral home with Pastor Travis Wilson officiating. Sharon will be laid to rest at the Lakeview Cemetery in South Haven.
