Edward's Obituary
Edward Lee Bone, 77, of Covert Township, passed away Tuesday, September 6, 2016 at Holland Hospital. He was born January 11, 1939 to Emmet and Lucy (Scott) Bone in Jefferson City, Missouri. Edward was a farmer and a member of Assembly of God in St. Joseph. He married Eva Bone on October 14, 1967 in Charleston, Missouri. Edward also enjoyed fishing with his grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his brothers Emmet and Jerry Bone.
Edward is survived by his wife Eva. Children – Janie (Jefferson) Jones of Coloma, MI, Anita (Marc) Taylor of Covert, MI, Rick (Pilar) Gonzales of Covert, MI, Pete (Sue) Gonzales of St. Joseph, MI, Lupe Gonzales of Coloma, MI, Emily (Esteban Kevin) Munoz of Covert, MI, Armando (Joann) Barajas of Bangor, MI, and Malena Barajas of Bangor, MI. Siblings – Larry Bone of East Perry, MO and Paul (Mable) Bone of Charleston, MO. Grandchildren – Ruben (Brooke) Cano, Noah (Michelle) Taylor, Adam (Angelica) Gonzales, Matt (Rikki L.) Gonzales, Marcelino Munoz, Tiffani Barajas, Michael Jones, John Gonzales, and Rachel Munoz. Great Grandchildren – Alexis Cano, Samuel Gonzales, Alandra Gonzales, and Avyanna and Aniyiah Gonzales.
Visitation will be held from 12:00 P.M. to 2:00 P.M. on Saturday, September 10, 2016 at the Filbrandt Family Funeral Home in South Haven. Funeral services will follow visitation at 2:00 P.M. at the funeral home with Pastor Dan Miller officiating.
