Gloria's Obituary
Gloria Lee Hogle, 80, of Bangor, passed away Wednesday, September 14, 2016 at her home surrounded by her family. She was born September 12, 1936 to Leeland and Helen (Sanford) Wagner in Fenton, Michigan. Gloria married Edward George Hogle in April of 1977 in Reno, Nevada and shared 31 years of marriage until his passing in 2008. Gloria enjoyed living and working on her family farms. She was a strong woman that fought for what she believed in. She fiercely loved her family and her strength was uncharacteristic for a woman of her generation.
She is preceded in death along with her parents by her husband – Edward Hogle and sister– Joan (Wagner) Odell.
Gloria is survived by her children – Deborah Zeller of Marshall, Joni (Tom) Arble of Quincy, Steve (Jennifer) Zeller of Bangor; step children – Jim (Joanne) Hogle, Michelle Hogle, Chris Hogle; siblings – Deanne (John) Brandstetter of Jonesville, Michigan and Dale Wagner of Florida. 19 grandchildren and nine great grandchildren also survive.
Contributions may be made in Gloria’s memory to Hospice Care of Southwest Michigan who helped care for Gloria, 222 N Kalamazoo Mall #100, Kalamazoo, MI 49007.
