Elry's Obituary
Elry Jacob “Jake” Grigg, 39, of South Haven, passed away Thursday, December 8, 2016 at the Spectrum Butterworth Hospital in Grand Rapids. He was born August 18, 1977 to Elry and Sherry (Flora) Grigg in Holland. Jake enjoyed fishing and hunting. He like to read books including the Bible. Jake had many friends and enjoyed playing computer games.
He is survived along with his parents by his daughter – Elizabeth, siblings – Racheal (Roy) Grigg of South Haven and Rich (Dara) Braunz of South Haven, grandmother – Margaret Faye Grigg of Allegan, nieces – Carly and Avalyn Braunz and nephew – Mikey Eisner, and canine companion - Rico. Several aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends also survive.
Visitation will be held from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM on Tuesday, December 13, 2016 at the Casco United Methodist Church in Casco Township. Funeral services will follow visitation at 3:00 PM at the church with Pastor Don Graham and George Fleming officiating. Jake will be laid to rest at McDowell Cemetery in Casco Township.
