Catherine's Obituary
Catherine E. Paulson, 91, of South Haven, passed away Saturday, December 24, 2016 at her home under Hospice care. She was born August 20, 1925 to John and Agnes (Gungler) Lindenbach in South Haven. Catherine married John Paulson on September 10, 1944 in South Haven and shared 72 years of marriage until his passing in November of 2016. She worked at S.E. Overton and the South Haven Rubber Company until her eventual retirement.
She is preceded in death along with her parents by her husband – John Paulson and children – Peggy Kay Blankenship, Richard John Paulson, and Thomas Paulson.
Catherine is survived by her grandchildren Robert "Robbie" and wife Shelly Paulson of Fennville and Richard Jr. “Little Richie” and wife Kelly Paulson, of Chula Vista, California, great grandchildren – MaKayla Goodell, Quinna Perkins, Rickhia, Gavin, and Aiden Paulson, and siblings – John Lindenbach and Elizabeth Simon both of Florida.
Memorial services will be held at 1:30 PM on Friday, December 30, 2016 at the Filbrandt Family Funeral Home in South Haven with Pastor Travis Wilson officiating.
