Marsha's Obituary
Marsha Marie Uplinger, 67, of Bangor, passed away Saturday, January 14, 2017 at the Bronson Methodist Hospital South Haven Campus. She was born February 13, 1949 to Ramona (Barringer) Schultz in South Haven. Marsha worked at Controlled Rubber and S.E. Overton in South Haven for several years before retiring to take care of her grandchildren. She enjoyed being with her grandchildren, playing the lotto, and going to yard sales. Marsha also enjoyed reading and finishing puzzles.
She is preceded in death by her father – Ellis Schultz, life-long companion – Robert McKinven, daughters – Kathy Marie Hood, Tracy Rene Sego, and Jodi Dawn Funk, and great grandson – Jonathon.
Marsha is survived by her children – Billie Jo Washegesic of Bangor, and Ronda (Bill) Lockwood of South Haven, mother – Ramona Shultz of South Haven, siblings – Lee (Sue) White, Kim (Brenda) Schultz, Clint (Kristin) Schultz, Jeanie (David) Cox, Beauton (Chris) Wark, and Peggy (Marty) Farrell all of South Haven. Ten grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews also survive.
Visitation will be held from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM on Tuesday, January 17, 2017 at the Miracle Harvest Church in South Haven. Memorial services will follow visitation at 5:00 PM at the church with Pastor Tony Kuenzli officiating.
