Shirley's Obituary
Shirley Mae Weeden, 68, of South Haven, formerly of Jackson, Michigan, passed away Friday, April 7, 2017 at the Countryside Nursing and Rehabilitation Community in South Haven. She was born November 12, 1948 to Harry and Erma (Miller) Driggett in Carleton, Michigan. She married David Weeden on July 17, 2008 in Jackson, Michigan. Shirley worked as a nurse’s aide and unit secretary for 33 years at the Riverside Osteopathic Hospital in Trenton, Michigan. Shirley loved to shop and when she was younger, spending time outdoors fishing with her dad.
She is preceded in death along with her parents by siblings – Sharlene Miller and Scott Driggett.
Shirley is survived by her husband – David Weeden of South Haven, daughter – Kimberly (Edward) Anthony of Jackson, Michigan, grandchildren – Justin, Jonathan, and Joshua Anthony, and siblings – Sally (Danny) Heinzerling, Sharon (Darrell) Kaufman, and Susan Driggett.
