Leslie's Obituary
Leslie Orlando Williams, 79, of South Haven, passed away Sunday, June 18, 2017 at the Meadow Woods Nursing Home in Bloomingdale. He was born August 12, 1938 to David and Alice (Montgomery) Williams in Madison, Illinois. Leslie attended school in Maynard, Arkansas. He worked as a machinist in South Haven for many years. Leslie was a skilled mechanic and was always fixing things like children’s bicycles. He was active in bowling leagues, and enjoyed the outdoors, fishing and camping with his wife. He enjoyed making little windmills, watching NASCAR, and old western movies.
He is preceded in death by his parents, wife – Mary Ellen Williams, and a daughter – Wilma Diane Williams.
Leslie is survived by a daughter and several grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren, two sisters – Wilma Kincade and Virginia Campbell, and brother – J.W. Williams.
