Tony's Obituary
Tony McCoy, 48, of Bravo, passed away Monday, July 10, 2017 in Grand Rapids. He was born March 11, 1969 to Rufus and Nora (Mann) McCoy in Willard, Ohio. Tony worked in manufacturing for Hayworth until his forced retirement due to disability. He enjoyed fishing with his children and playing pool. Tony loved having family cook-outs with his family. He married Patricia Hicks on April 12, 1997 at the Bravo Christian Reformed Church.
He is preceded in death by his mother – Nora Mae McCoy.
Tony is survived by his wife of 20 years – Patricia “Trish” McCoy, children – Kyndra LeAnn and Tony McCoy II, all of Bravo, father – Rufus McCoy of Bangor, and siblings – Earl (Janet) McCoy, Garland McCoy both of Bangor, Larry (Angie) McCoy of Allegan, J.C. McCoy of Tiffon, Ohio, Dennis (Robin) McCoy of Kalamazoo, Rufus (Ashlea) McCoy of Bangor, Louetta (Lynn) Lemay of South Haven, Brenda Barranger of Bardwell, Kentucky, and Peggy (Bobby) Lemay of South Haven.
Visitation will be held from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM on Monday, July 17, 2017 at the Filbrandt Family Funeral Home in South Haven. Funeral services will follow visitation at 2:00 PM at the funeral home with Pastor A.C. Mann officiating. Tony will be laid to rest at Pearl Cemetery in Clyde Township.
