William's Obituary
William “Butter” Reed, 69, of Pullman, passed away Friday, March 9, 2018 at the South Haven Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in South Haven. He was born July 28, 1948 to Jack and Anna (Pendergrass) Reed. He worked construction as a welder and at Kooi Industrial Painting for many years until his retirement in 1991. He married Emilie Reed on February 10, 1968 and shared 50 years in marriage.
He Is survived by his wife – Emilie Reed of Pullman, children – Shelly Reed of Bangor, Renee Warner of Pullman, Emmy (Timothy) Waldo of Allegan, and Rae (Jeff) Herron of Grand Rapids, sibligns – Mary Hoots of Pullman, Nellie Loren of South Haven, step-siblings - David Logsdon of Poplar Bluff, Missouri, Barbara Williams of St. Louis, Missouri, Mary Pendergrass of Fennville, an Janie Logsdon of Fennville, eight grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at 6:00 PM on Tuesday, March 13, 2018 at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses in Allegan, 2199 Taft Road, Allegan, Michigan 49010.
