Jay's Obituary
Jay Anthony Scott Grooms, 47, of South Haven, passed away Wednesday, June 27, 2018 at his home under Hospice care. He was born May 31, 1971 to Larry Groomsand Beverly Janette (Turman) Smith in Benton Harbor, Michigan. Jay loved playing darts and online poker. He loved all of his children and cherished his time spent with them.
He is survived by his children –Emily, Anthony, and Jerry Groomsand Nick Martina all of South Haven, partner –Amanda Stevens of South Haven, mother – Beverly Janette Smith, and brother –Michael Turman of Hawaii.
A graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday, July 2, 2018 with Pastor Eric Jarvis officiating at the Lakeview Cemetery in South Haven.
