Sherryl "Sherrie" Hough

Sherryl “Sherrie” Hough, 48, of South Haven, went to be with our Savior on May 31, 2019. She was born January 18, 1971 to Rodney Spears and Jeanne “Diane” (Froberg) Lock in St. Joseph, Michigan. Sherrie enjoyed walking in her sister’s flower gardens. She had a great love for animals, tigers being her favorite. Her favorite character from Winnie the Pooh was Tigger. But most of all she enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, nieces, nephew, great nieces, and great nephew. She had a huge, loving, nurturing heart. She always enjoyed taking care of everyone and helping anyone in need. She will be greatly missed by her family and anyone who knew her.

Sherie is preceded in death by her parents and daughter – Erin Hough.

Sherrie is survived by her sister – Stacey (Scott Zehm) of St. Joseph, Michigan; brothers – Scott Spears of South Haven and Steven Spears of Muskegon; godson/nephew – Andrew Zehm of St. Joseph; step-sisters – Laura (Darrell) Bynum of Pennsylvania, and Connie (Pete Gonzales) Lock of Texas; step-brother – Ronald (Nancy) Lock, Jr. of Texas; nieces – Shaun (Aaron Pressley), Jordan (Michael) Jones, Meagan Spears, and Sadie Boxer; great nieces – Taryn Pressley and Natalie Jones; great-nephew – Logan Pressley; grandsons – Isaiah and Elias Sherrod; former husband – Theodore Hough; many aunts and cousins.

Visitation will be held from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM on Wednesday, June 12, 2019 at the Filbrandt Family Funeral Home in South Haven. Memorial services will follow the visitation at 7:00 PM with Pastor Tony Kunezli officiating at the funeral home
