Thomas "Tom" Paul Henry

Thomas “Tom” Paul Henry, 77, of South Haven, passed away September 19, 2019 at Grace of Douglas in Douglas, Michigan. He was born December 4, 1941 to Edward and Bessie (Youngblood) Henry in South Haven. Tom graduated from South Haven High School with the class of 1961. He married Lorraine Karaus on July 1, 1967 at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Bangor and they shared 52 years of marriage before his passing. Thomas worked at Everett Piano until its closing. He then worked at Minute Maid in Paw Paw for 13 years before his retirement in 2005. He was a member of the Elks and Moose Clubs. Tom enjoyed hunting, fishing, and bowling.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Brothers – Ed, Bill, Jim, Jack, Neil, and Harold Henry, and Sister – Betty Allers.

Tom is survived by his wife, Lorraine “Cookie”, Children – Mike Henry of Charlotte, North Carolina and Tom Henry Jr., of Silvercliffe, Colorado, Grandchildren – Brianna, Noah, Alexa, Alyssa, Jacob, and Jared and Brothers/Sisters-in-law – Dave Allers, Margaret Harshberger, and Ken (Dot) Karaus all of South Haven, Don (Dee) Karaus of Glenn, Gus Karaus of Watervliet and Joyce (Ted) Krzemen of Lacota. Several nieces and nephews also survive.
