Harry's Memory Wall
We encourage you to share your most beloved memories of Harry here, so that the family and other loved ones can always see it. Share your favorite stories or comment on those shared by others.
I remember Herschel very well even though I have not seen him for at least 35 years. I used to lead services and chant Torah, and he was one of my biggest fans. At the time I thought it was because I was so great, but looking back, I think he was just happy to see a young person so interested in Judaism and learning the traditions. Herschel, you may Rest In Peace, because I am still chanting Torah and leading services! I even mentioned you in a d’var I wrote as someone who had been an inspiration to me and encouraged me. Herschel, you will be missed!

I had the honor to know Harry through my employment years ago. What a kind, gentle man. Prayers to his family and friends.

???? ???? ????
He walked humbly before his G-d. And he was the embodiment of the admonition to rush to perform a mitzvah.
??????? ?????
May his memory remain for a blessing.

To Harry's family and friends we send our heartfelt sympathy, but also shared joy for having known a wonderful man who made the lives of others so much better than they might have been.
