Tom was one of a kind. I was his room mate his first year at The University of Alabama. We had an incredible year together and formed a friendship that endured a life time and provided forever memories. ... Cardinal Puff, Down The Hatch, Nightly high pinball score, The Moody Blues and many more. My wife, Mary, and I will always have a special place in our heart for Tom. Until we meet again, my good friend. God bless his family and friends.

Kathy and Sharen, sorry is not nearly enough. I was so shock to see todays paper. Please know I am praying for you as I have been doing for Tom. Cancer is evil and heartless. It has taken a wonderful man from this earth.
Love,

I'm so sorry for your loss. I wanted to offer my condolences to your family. It's times like these that drawing close to family and friends can really give us the boost that we need. May the "God of all comfort" give you the strength to endure. 2 Corinthians 1:3,4.

Tom remains in my heart and memories. I was blessed to know him and to have the opportunity to work under his lead. Absolutely a mentor in my life. Thanks to Sharen for putting up with his employees for all those years at the HP.

This was such a beautiful write up for Tom. It said everything. We hadn't been in touch since he moved to MI, but the times spent with Tom and Sharon were memorable. Thanks Tom for being a part of our memories! Heave has gained a beautiful person. Prayers for the family for comfort.

Tom, As I sit here remembering all the fun times and good and trying times we have all had I cry because I will miss you terribly. I will miss your calls checking in on me and then we talk about your articles and sports. I will miss your smile and laugh too and most of all I will mis having Rummage sales with you, you were always so good at it and we always had such fun! I know you are in such a better place now with no pain and suffering but I will always miss you my Dear Friend . We will look after Sharen for you until we meet again. Roll Tide

I didn’t know Tom well. We met when I delivered the HP for a couple of years. He was very kind to my daughter whom he hired many years ago and still mentored. Thank you for your care and kindness. May God bless your family.

There are so many great things to say about Tom. I have known him since 1989. I worked under him in Marion Indiana and also in St Joe. We bowled together in several leagues, and had many great conversations with him. I wish to send my most sincere sympathy to the entire family. Rip Tom.

My deepest sympathy to the O'Neill family. I asked Tom to be my roommate at the last Morrisville reunion because he was such a great guy. He talked a lot about his family and how he loved being with them. He was a people person as well as an avid sports fan. He will be missed by many people especially me.
