My heartfelt condolences to Margaret's family. I was shocked when I just read in the Wash U alumni magazine about her passing - She was much too young. I met Margaret in Lifesaving class at the YMCA in Ansonia, CT when we were 17. We both ended up at Wash U's business school. I was lucky enough to visit with her at one of our reunions about 7 years ago. She was a lovely and special person. I'm late to the game but I want to share my condolences

My sincere condolences to the family. Most of us have had to endure the sorrow of losing a loved one in death. What helped me the most was prayer, faith and hope in God's promises. In his word the bible, God promises to soon bring our loved ones back to life again and remove all suffering and death forever- Acts 24:15 and Revelation 21:3-5. Please know that God cares for the family and will help all of you to cope during this grievous time. I hope that the family can find comfort in these promises and also find more bible based comfort in coping with grief and the days ahead by visiting (jw.org). In the search box please type: Is there hope for the dead video. The family will be in my prayers.

With a heavy heart, I'm very sad to hear of Margaret's passing. She was an influential and strong leader in the community, and helped me a number of times as I was growing up. Underneath that strength, she was also empathetic and caring, forming a strong friendship with my mother and sharing many warm moments together. From Margaret, I have learned a lot of life lessons that I will never forget. Rest in peace.

To Margret’s family, Margret is one of the best that I have ever met in Whirlpool. She worked with passion and engery. She coached people with patience and her warmest smile. She was also the best mentor, I still remember every time she visited Asia, she hold my hands and asked me to sit next to her, went through all reviews. Such a warm moment was the most unforgettable and motivating memory, will be with me in my life! I want to pass on my profound condolences.

Hello. I had the pleasure of knowing Margaret throughout high school. She had a brilliant, extraordinary mind. She and I enjoyed rewriting song with new lyrics about the subjects we were learning--especially in Geometry class. It has been many years since we last saw each other at your home in Connecticut but I still remember the great day we had baking cookies with high school friends. I will always hold thoughts of her near and dear to my heart. May you be comforted by happy memories at this very sad time.

To Margaret's family, I had the pleasure to work with Margaret for a few years at Whirlpool and her energy and passion for her work was second to none. She did not suffer fools (I'm afraid I was one from time to time) but she was also very quick to coach and explain her position. You knew when you had her support because it was unwavering. Liz and I want to pass on our condolences and know that we are thinking of you at this time.

Margaret had a vibrant personality and was a strong force to be reckoned with. I always appreciated her transparency and honesty. She pushed boundaries and was a great role model from young women. I hope your memories of laughter and good times with her carry you through the times of grief. You are in my thoughts.

Margaret was one strong woman. She was brilliant, fierce and kind (once I got to know her!). Prior to working with her, I was kind of intimidated by her. I was fortunate to know her as a co- worker, a friend and informal mentor, and as a swim mom. You made an impact on me Margaret and I was glad to have known you. Sending condolences and peace to your family.

I am SO very sorry to hear of Margaret’s passing. As kids, my sister and I swam competitively with the McLeod’s for years. My entire family always liked their family very much. I have thought of them often over the years. RIP Margaret. It certainly sounds like you accomplished a tremendous amount in your life.

I've known Margaret from my days at YUM Inc. treasury and we stayed in touch over the years, laughing over stories and sharing vegetarian recipes. She was one of the most authentic, approachable, fun, and brightest humans I've worked with.
After I spoke with her in 2016 just before I was planning a big transition in my career, I turned my house upside down to find the farewell song she wrote when I left YUM Inc.
She was one of the wiser leaders I've known who didn't miss the plot - "Starting out each workday looking for at least a 50% chance of having fun" should be inscribed on a plaque and handed out with a diploma when one enters the work force.
I am so sad and will miss her, she touched my life in profound ways.
Sending my deepest condolences to the family.

Margaret, you inspired so many people at Whirlpool and The Twin Cities. Thanks for being an advisor for the Whirlpool Asian Community! Thanks for cheering us up at Badminton Tournament! Thanks for your support while the native Chinese speaking employees are translating Whirlpool policies and making impacts on Hefei integration. Thanks for your leadership and friendship at Bridge to China. You touched and impacted lives of so many local families with adopted Chinese children as well as Chinese families. It is incredible for us to watch Anya growing into a beautiful young lady. Thanks for your talent and your love to every one around you! We all love you too! Rest in Peace!
