Condolences to the Horton family. Our thoughts and prayers go out to your whole family. Psalms 147:3 says God, "heals the broken hearted, and binds up their wounds." May God bring you comfort and peace.

So sorry to hear of Our T.V. man passing, We had a RCA floor model tv that Jim repaired often, He would say every time, When are you going to purchase a Flat screen? When we explained to him that our Cat loved laying and eating on the tv, Jim would just laugh. Well one day Jim came to repair our TV our cat follow him and watch him the whole time Jim was here. I'm so sorry that Jim's time on earth is over. I have known him since 3rd grade together and as near neighbors all through school. In more recent years, it was a pleasure to visit with him again during class reunions and classmate breakfasts. My heartfelt sympathy to Jim's family. I know he will be sorely missed by all who knew and loved him.

Jim and I became good friends in high school and have been good friends for over
60 years. We always enjoyed getting together to talk about the good old days, our
families and our lives. I will truly miss Jim and those days. I do know that if there are
fast cars in heaven Jim will certainly have one of the best.

Jim was the kind of person all of us who in high school would emulate with our “fast cars”, sports, and of course, interest in girls!
Although I had not seen Jim in several years, his outgoing, always friendly personality had not diminished through the decades.
R,I,P. Friend, see you the next time around!

We are deeply saddened by the passing of such a wonderful and kind neighbor. Our family moved into the neighborhood in December of 2016, and shortly after Jim and Gail returned back from their winter in Florida, Jim was quick to welcome us with open arms and an open heart. Jim was nothing short of being one of the sweetest neighbors we’d ever had. He thoroughly enjoyed chatting each day with all of his neighbors, and my favorite thing was how much he loved watching my kids play outside. It was so special to him to have a young family living across the street. He said to me one day, “it brings back such wonderpful memories for me to watch your boys playing outside.” He loved watching them play so much that he and Gail attended some of their baseball games this year. We only knew Jim for a short time, but he was very special to our family and we will miss him.
