Irene's Memory Wall
We encourage you to share your most beloved memories of Irene here, so that the family and other loved ones can always see it. Share your favorite stories or comment on those shared by others.
I worked with Irene's husband Al at Williams Brothers Paper Box Company for many years and he often talked about Irene and all the activities and family gatherings they enjoyed. You could tell how devoted and proud he was of his wife and the love they shared. My prayers go out to all the family.

In honor of Irene, Shelly Newton lit a candle.
We are so very sorry for the loss of Grandma Albrecht. We know that she is at peace in heaven with Grandpa and Heather. I have many fond memories with Grandma... going to the dime store in downtown St. Joseph with Heather, Grandma Albrecht and Mary after school (before a sleepover); talking to her a Crystal Springs Florist shop; visiting her and Grandpa at their house with Heather and having her make so many German foods (like double stuffed potatoes)... and finally visiting her whenever I made a trip to Michigan. We love her and will miss her. Love, Your "adopted" Granddaughter, Shelly Newton (and family)

The death of a loved one is the most devastating experiences a family can face. At times, the loss may seem unbearable. Please know that there are those who care about you and your family during this difficult time and more importantly Psalm 34:18 tells us that "God is near to those that are broken at heart. Jehovah is the God of all comfort. My prayers are with you and your family.

I am sure Irene is singing, Heaven Is My Home, she was a wonderful Christian lady. I so enjoyed being Irene''s co-worker at Crystal Springs more then 40 years ago. Every bow she made was the same, perfect. May God Bless her family with His Peace and Presence. Sue Lake

How saddened we are for your loss, yet we are rejoicing in the knowledge of knowing where Irene has gone. Ours are good memories of the family. And, she with Joy have on occasions kept contact since we moved from St. Joe. It is because of such families as yours that the warmth and enjoyment of our Trinity years linger. So, to each of you, God’s love, care, and peace. Hold fast to your faith and walk in His ways so we will all be reunited in Heaven. Our deepest sympathy and love.

I'm so saddened to hear of Irene's passing. I've had the pleasure of knowing both her and Al since they moved to Caretel Inns. She was always so sweet and appreciative of things that you did for her. I'm going to miss helping her pick out her greeting cards for her family that she loved so dearly. May God Bless each of you and bring you peace in knowing that she is with her true love once again!

She was called "Aunt Irene" by my family. Truly a wonderful, giving, loving person was Irene. We have so many wonderful memories of both "Uncle Al" and 'Aunt Irene." She was always ready to help and ready for a good laugh. Irene was so giving of both her love and her time. We will lovingly hold her in our memories.

Heaven gained another angel. She was a woman who lived her faith. My condolences to the family.
