Glen's Memory Wall
We encourage you to share your most beloved memories of Glen here, so that the family and other loved ones can always see it. Share your favorite stories or comment on those shared by others.
Glen was quite a guy, calm and collected at all times. He was an excellent reactor operator and a highly qualified Shift Supervisor. I was always confident in his leadership when he was on watch at the Cook Nuclear Plant.
To Irene and family, we are sorry for your loss.

Glen was a great guy. He always seemed to be even-keeled, engaging and interested in the people he was with. He is gone far too young. My condolences to Irene and all of the family.

Irene,
I was so sorry to hear of Glen's passing. My deepest sympathy to you and your whole family. While reading your mother's obituary, I learned that Glen had also died. This must be a very hard time for you losing two people you loved so close together. My heart goes out to you.

From Mike Sweeney, Glen's cousin in Kentucky. I learned of Glen's passing a few days ago. It was always nice to catch up with Glen at the Zimmerman family reunions and about a year ago when he was in town attending another cousin's funeral. He led a full life and the Lord will welcome Glen with open arms. Peace be with Glen's family. May Glen rest in peace.

Always with a smile and kind word, that exemplifies the principles of which the Elks encourage. We will cherish his good deeds, and inscribe his name upon the tablets of love and memory. May peace be with you through eternity.
