I too worked with Karol at NEL. She always made the day fun! We all enjoyed her constant smile and sense of humor. I will never forget the day we sat down to lunch and she pulled a beer out of her brown bag. She simply said "Oops! I grabbed the wrong one this morning!" Fun times...my thoughts and prayers go out to her family.

Karol's family,
I grew up down the road from Karol Ann. She was 10 years older than me but her parents, Lester & Edna, were friends of my aunt and uncle and I remember them well. I always thought Karol Ann was so pretty and I envied her. Her father, Lester, and my Uncle Jack Harroff were classmates at the one-room Coveney School and were lifelong neighbors and friends. I connected with Karol Ann on Facebook several years ago after her father passed. We shared a few memories and stories; I did not know she was ill. I am so very sorry for your loss, she seemed like a wonderful caring person. It is so hard to lose our mothers, sending prayers for all of you.
