My prayers are with all of her family. I am so great full for the few years I knew her. I loved her from the very first time I met her. She was a kind loving soul. I wil miss her wonderful sense of humor and her positivity she had for life. Linda Watkins

The early days...1989, 1990, 1991...That eager smile from across the desk at the Eagle Pointe office when it faced Niles Road. Sitting at our table with husband Paul at those first, EP Yacht Club functions, talking excitedly about all the new boaters coming to the marina. Through the mid to late 90's, still welcoming the neophytes while serving as hostess for all those chili cook-offs: taking the time to scoop ice cream to both the little and big kids. Listening to the woes of boaters; answering questions on the phone; ordering ice for the outside machine; assigning slips; making sure things were running smoothly. And in 2000 and afterward, chatting with us almost daily on our many walks around the marina: always "up": always a friend, maybe more like family. It's not just memories. It is the beautiful heart of people like Marilyn that helps make us who we are. Godspeed Mary. Jerry and Becky Churba

My heart is so sad, but also so full of many beautiful, funny and wonderful times with Marilyn (and your Dad). Our Orange Lake partners for life, they introduced us to our time share, each and every year we thank them. In October we will again toast to our them in Florida at the condo. Love you all!!
