Carolyn's Memory Wall
We encourage you to share your most beloved memories of Carolyn here, so that the family and other loved ones can always see it. Share your favorite stories or comment on those shared by others.
Bart, I always knew you as "Mr. Kruse" from my SJ high school days. I truly regret having to hear of your loss. As me, my brothers and my sister Dawn were growing up, I remember my Mom always having a nice friendship with Carolyn back in the 1970's when we were both neighbors just living around the corner from each other and I remember Carolyn as always being kind towards me. I also remember my Mom going over to your house many times to visit with Carolyn thru the years during the 70's and 80's. Also, thank you for giving me a ride in your car from time to time as you saw me walking in the rain or in freezing cold winter days on the way to high school. Life is short and precious, but the Good News is that God loves you and that heaven awaits us if we will make His Son, Jesus Christ, the our personal Lord and Savior of our own life. It does not matter who you are, or what your age is. God still has a will, plan and purpose for you now, and then you get to go to heaven for eternity--- and I want you to know that I have been praying for you and the salvation of your soul and your family over all these years. All you have to do is invite Jesus Christ into your life and trust Him for your salvation. It is so simple a child could do it. Anyway, I pray for all of God's rich blessings on you and your family during this difficult time.

Bart, my deepest sympathy to you and your family. I have fond memories of Carolyn when I was secretary at St. Paul's many years ago. Carl and I will keep you in our prayers. God give you comfort as needed during this time. Joy Powley

I am so sorry to hear of Carolyn's passing. My deceased wife, Joan, and I were close friends of Bart and Carolyn and fellow church members of St. Paul's Episcopal church when we lived in St. Joseph. Carolyn was a wonderful caring person who was always involved in many community activities. I can remember when my wife Joan helped them as a Realtor acquire their home on State street where their family spent many happy years. Having lost my wife a few years ago I understand the feelings that Bart and his family are going through. My best wishes to all with much love.
