To Betty Harris's family:
My daughter, Maryann, is posting this note with my own words. Betty and I were best friends through high school. We continued that friendship the rest of our lives. We worked many years together at Inter City Bank. I am so sorry I couldn't make her funeral, I'm not physically able. I wanted to make sure your family received my sincerest condolences.
RIP BETTY see you again sometime.

Betty had a way of making us all feel we were part of her already large family. She shared her love of life with us, and she was an inspiration to many...demonstrating how live life to the fullest. Hugs to all her children. I am so sorry for your loss; so happy she is free ... I am sure she will keep an eye on those near and dear to her heart.
