Sorry to hear about Betty's passing. I used to work with her at Old Kent Bank. She helped me so much as a new teller. She was always so positive and proud of her family. Prayers to you all.

Jim,
Mary and I wish to extend our sincere condolences to you and your family over your loss. I will always remember Betty as a loving and caring person which always put others first.
You and Betty were very close to my Uncle Gus and Aunt Shirley during your years with the Saint Joseph Police Department. I believe Gus looked to the two of you as extended family.
I will always fondly remember the special times we all had together and I will promise you that Betty’s memory will always remain fresh in our memory... what a blessing it was to have known her! God’s comfort and blessings to you and your family at this sad time.

Grammie was such a nice and sweet person. She was always there for us grandkids and loved us unconditionally. She was always my biggest fan and made me feel loved. I couldn’t have asked for a better grandma. I will always remember going to Michigan to visit her and going to the beach. We have so many fun memories with her that I will cherish forever. She had the best peach cobbler and we were never hungry at her house. She always stocked up on food and soda for us when we visited. She always made sure we felt at home. I miss her so much.

Grammie was such a sweet woman and wonderful grandmother. She made the best peach cobbler. She offered to make it for me just about every time we got together. She really enjoyed doing things for the people that she loved. One things for sure, she would never let us go hungry.

I am so sorry to hear of Betty's passing. I first got to know her when I had my Avon route. Later on, when I went on to LMC, there she was -- in one of my classes! Even though she was older than the rest of us and had kids older than I, she decided to go to college and obtain her degree. I will always remember coming over to study, the carpooling and graduating together! She was a great friend and mentor for me. She will definitely be missed. Rest in Peace Betty!! See you on the other side.
