Shirley's Obituary
Shirley Overhuel, 87, of South Haven, died at her home on Wednesday, August 1, 2012. She was born on January 23, 1925 to Pat and Charlotte Underwood in Covert.
She is preceded in death along with her parents by her husband – Raymond Overhuel. A son-in-law – Bob Teske. And her brothers – Ben and Harold “Undie” Underwood.
Shirley is survived by her two sons – Arthur (Jan) Overhuel of South Haven and Kris (Theresa) Overhuel of South Haven. Two daughters – Diana Teske of Paw Paw and Kathryn (Roger) Acerra of South Haven. A sister – Kathryn (John Lammert) Kirchner of South Haven. 4 grand children – Kathryn (Steve) Jepson, Rinda (John) Vas, Deanna Overhuel, and Devon Overhuel. 5 great grandchildren – Sammy, Zachary, and Thomas Vas, Drew and Nick Jepson. Several nieces and nephews also survive.
Graveside services for family and friends will take place on Tuesday, August 7, 2012 at 11:00 AM at Lakeview Cemetery with Rev. Harold F. Filbrandt officiating.
