Dottie, Mike, Chris and Families: I will always hold close the great memories of growing up being neighbors with your family. Bill was a true family man and always had time for all of us kids in the neighborhood. His kind smile, caring way and words of encouragement will never be forgotten. The friendship he and my late father had was one to be admired. It is hard seeing all the wonderful people that have watched over us pass,but they will be with us always and watching over us forever.

Sad to see that my old friend Bill passed away. My sincere condolences and prayers for the family for comfort. But also feel blessed to have had his wisedom and humor for 90 years! Bill was the SH city attorney during my 13 years with SHPD, and considered him to be a true friend. RIP, Bill. Thank you for your service to our country and our home area.

Bill always had such a calm demeanor about him that he seemed peaceful in the way he spoke, and the tempo in how he did things. Phil surely enjoyed the weekly golf games with him, Bob, and Don in Sebastian. And I enjoyed making that lap quilt for him, loving that he used it during the evenings. Thank you, Dot and Bill for being our friends and enriching our lives.
