Melanie and family, I am so sorry to hear of your loss. Your mom/wife was such a special lady. She was the kind of person when you first meet her it seemed like you knew her your whole life. She had such a wonderful outlook on life and she LOVED her family unconditionally. She will be greatly missed. Please know she is not in any more pain and then next few days and weeks are going to be tough, but draw strength from one another and may God wrap his loving arms around each of you at this most difficult time. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you and if you need anything please let me know. Hugs, Georgia, Jeff, Daniel and David

So sorry to hear of Judy's passing. I worked for Drs. Schock, Plapp, & Kauppila. Whenever Judy was scheduled for an appt. we knew it would be the highlight of our day. She had such a positive attitude and outlook on life. Her "stories" were hilarious and her laughter contagious. We always looked forward to what kind of shoes she was wearing and purses she was carrying. I enjoyed talking with her about her mom and my mom. She was a beautiful person inside and outside and her picture in the paper was just the way I remember her. My heart hurts for Gary, Melanie, Mikala and her grandchildren. You are all in my prayers. She will be missed!!!!

We just heard the news of Judy's passing. We are so sorry for your loss. Judy fought the battle hard! She was a remarkable woman and we will never forget her. From the 1st time we met during the Palisade years to the refinancing & financial wisdom she shared, to our visits in the good ole Post Office where we shared grandchildren stories, Judy was always a breath of fresh air to encounter! Big hugs to you Gary, Melanie, Mikala, grandchildren, & son in laws! Our prayers for you over the coming days will be many. Love ya!

Gary, Melanie, Mikala, and your families, it's been nearly 50 years of memories of Judy, for which I'm thankful. I'm glad I stopped by last September for a good visit with her. She never did get out to the west coast to visit me, but c'est la vie, eh? We had lots of great talks on the phone; sometimes felt as though she was just next door. We had so many shared laughs and tears together. She'll always be a part of me. Much love to you all, and see you in a few weeks.
